1. Who we are

Boardsmith is operated by Kieran Smith, based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about these terms, you can contact us at kieransmith993@gmail.com.

2. Using the site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site offers daily puzzles for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with other players' experience.

3. Accounts

An account is optional. You only need one if you want your progress and streaks saved across devices.

When you create an account you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse the service or break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at kieransmith993@gmail.com.

4. Fair play

Everyone receives the same puzzle each day, and results such as streaks and statistics are meant to reflect genuine play. You must not use automated tools to solve puzzles, attempt to extract puzzle answers, or submit falsified results. We may remove results or close accounts where we believe this has happened.

5. Our content

The puzzles, games, and other content on this site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without our permission. Sharing your results with friends is always welcome.

6. Availability

The site is under active development. Puzzles, features, and games may change, break, or be removed at any time. We aim to keep the site available and the daily puzzles arriving on schedule, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Liability

The site is provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis, and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost progress, streaks, or statistics.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
